Vegan General Tso's Cauliflower
            Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
 - 1 cup flour
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1 cup plant-based milk
 - Vegetable oil for frying
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp ginger, grated
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch diluted in 2 tbsp water
 - Steamed broccoli and sesame seeds for garnish
 
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
 - Dip each cauliflower floret into the plant-based milk, then coat with the flour mixture.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot over medium-high heat. Fry the cauliflower in batches until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
 - In a separate saucepan, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir and bring to a simmer.
 - Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and cook until the sauce thickens.
 - Toss the crispy cauliflower in the sauce until well coated.
 - Serve the General Tso's cauliflower over steamed broccoli and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
